Unfortunately, Suunto watches come with serial port plug ins, and not USB. If you don't have a serial port, you'll need this handy adaptor, which converts the Serial port plug from your Suunto S6, X6, X6-HR, X6-HRM, X6-HRT, G9, M9, or X9 into a standard USB plug for newer computers.

Adaptor is NOT for use with the Suunto n3 or t6.

easy to set up on my lap top. it took a while for it to find the correct com port. otherwise good.

purchased for use with my parallel adapter on x6HR. sent one back because i thought faulty, hoewver when the second one came, it still wont get recognized by my laptop. I have downloaded everything from your website that is recommended and from the install disk.......wont work. I use windows xp. frustrated.
