The Serial Adaptor works ok, but I haven't been able to down load the my watches memory.I used the soft ware that came with the watch.

purchased for use with my parallel adapter on x6HR. sent one back because i thought faulty, hoewver when the second one came, it still wont get recognized by my laptop. I have downloaded everything from your website that is recommended and from the install disk.......wont work. I use windows xp. frustrated.
