It was perfect for the job I do out on the water. A few months ago I was conducting Counter Drug Operations in the Caribbean. During a Boarding, a team member drop a 75-80 pound door on my wrist. Lucky for me I was wearing the watch, which saved my wrist from being broken. I did have an imprint of the back side if the watch for a few days. As for the watch however, it did not survive the impact. I just wanted to say thank you for a great watch... I purchased some accessories from sunnto and after three weeks of looking at an empty mail box finally called FED-EX who told me they lost the package. After dealing with multiple FED-EX burecrats and about an hour of either talking or on hold they told me to contact the sender so they can file a claim and re-send. Not looking forward to dealing with the same hassle I had with FED-EX and with a heavy heart I shot an email to Janice at the help desk. I expected the same run around FED-EX gave me, but very much to my surprise less then 10 minutes later I had a message from Janice that all was well and that she was sending the package right away. I was and am very impressed with Janice's prompt and professional reply to my request and it was great not having to listen to a computer generated voice telling me to punch numbers or keep me on hold.
