Warranty period for Suunto products:

  • Field Compasses Life time warranty
  • Marine Compasses 10 years
  • Precision Instruments 2 years
  • Wristop Computers 2 years
    (computers manufactured before 1st of January 2002 1 year)
  • Dive Instruments 2 years
    (dive computers, pressure gauges, depth gauges, dive compasses)
  • High pressure hoses and dive instrument accessories 1 year

HOW DO I OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE OR OUT-OF-WARRANTY REPAIR?

It's now easier than ever to obtain warranty work or general repair work if outside of your Suunto's warranty period. Simply click here to visit the Suunto Service Request page, where you can register your product and request service. Once confirmed, a DHL courier will pick up your unit and return it when service is complete.

Warranty repairs are generally returned within 7 working days and non-warranty repairs within 14 days after pick up.
